WMBA Registration Costs & Information - 2023 Ball Season
Payment will be done using E-Transfers for the 2023 season. We will not be accepting any other from of payment.
Immediately after filling out your online registration please make payment using the email address [email protected].
Please include your player's first and last name in the comment section of the E-transfer. If you are paying for multiple registrations please include all names.
You will NOT receive registration confirmation until both steps are complete. You must be paid in full by January 31st or a $50.00 late fee will apply.

All selected OBA players will pay a 1-time OBA fee of $50.00 to WMBA for umpire & diamond rental fees at the beginning of each season. This fee is Non-Refundable.
Each baseball team will be subjected to their own additional tournament & activity team fees, as discussed at the team parent meeting.
Any Player requesting for a registration refund will be subjected to a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee up to the cut off point in the season where refunds will not be given.
There will be a $50 deposit due at time of jersey hand out. Deposits will be made directly to the coach. Payment can be cash or post-dated cheque.
Mandatory Volunteer Hours:
Every family registered with WMBA will be required to submit a $50.00 per player volunteer cheque post dated for September 4, 2023. Cheques are to be made payable to Wallaceburg Minor Baseball. You will receive your cheque back once you complete 4 volunteer hours (per player).
* If you cannot provide a cheque and you do not complete you 4 hours(per player), the $50.00 fee will be added to your 2024 registration costs.
To offer these community programs at such a minimal cost, it is imperative to have your support and help. All parents/guardians will be required to complete 4 hours of volunteer service per player in the below noted areas. Upon completion of these hours your cheque will be returned, if the hours are not completed your cheque will be cashed.
The volunteer opportunities listed below, are the only ones that hours will be recognized:
- Head Coach / Assistant Coach / Team Manager
- Tournament Helper (ex. diamond maintenance, canteen, etc)
- Fundraising Events (ex. Penny Sale or BBQ)
- WMBA Executive/board Member
* Game changer, score keeping and pitch counts are considered team responsibilities. These are not recognized volunteer hours.
