We are finally getting
closer to being back on the diamond for the 2022 baseball season!
WMBA would like to inform our Warrior Families of the upcoming teams and head coaches for the upcoming season.
On behalf of WMBA we would like congratulate and welcome in Hardball:
U9 Rookie OBA team - Thomas Legroulx & Cezar Soares
U9 Rookie River League team #1 - Sergio Alves
U9 Rookie River League team #2 - Kyle White
U11 Mosquito OBA team - Steve Olah
U13 Peewee River League team - Mike Moorhouse
On behalf of WMBA we would like to congratulate and welcome in Fastball:
U10 team #1 - DJ Laprise
U10 team #2 - Danya Lunn
U12 team - Jarod Holmes
U14 team - Candice Glass
The girls program will also be offering a PWSA tournament team for U15 and will be coached by Candice Glass
The hardball program is playing in the Western Counties Baseball League whereas the fastball program is playing in the Lambton-Kent Fastball League.
WMBA is still actively pursuing a U15 Bantam & U18 Midget mix team at the house league level in the Chatham House League.
WMBA is excited to get the season started, and please stay tuned for upcoming dates on when to report to your respective teams.
